Are we missing the most impressive pitches by overlooking experience?

I've been quiet the last few weeks, meeting with seasoned founders and looking into their projects. I've noticed some standout elements in these pitches that are impressive and unique—things I rarely see in founders:

Most of them have great networks because of their experience and careers. This is a big advantage. New founders are usually good at making tech but not as good at making connections or deals, and it takes them a long time to get good at this. But the seasoned founders know who to talk to; they know how to work with big companies and build strong partnerships. This is unique and really answers the “why us” question well.

I've also noticed that they have a better understanding of the market. They’ve witnessed numerous trends throughout their careers; they’ve seen trends come and go and have a deep understanding of their space and its future that is not driven by FOMO. This insight is invaluable. It's a huge advantage and it’s impressive to see it in action.

What really strikes me is their energy and passion—it's like talking to teenagers who are just starting out, full of enthusiasm and ready to take on the world.

Looking forward to spotting more unique elements that we’ve been missing by overlooking this market!
